This year's presence will bring long-awaited novelties to the show - the technologically advanced flagship Elan Power 48 in a new appearance and the first boat of a brand new Fishingline range - 650 Cabin!

New flagship – Elan 53

The upcoming flagship Elan 53 is expected to be launched in autumn 2011. This luxury motor yacht featured by elegant sporty lines, hard top with a glass sun roof and a spacious cockpit closed by a sliding glass door is designed by Unielle Yacht Design studio. The generous sized lifting platform can host just any tender or toy one can think of.
Four different layouts are offered below deck, two or three cabin versions, with or without skipper cabin, each having its own head compartment with a separate shower.
Choosing between various shades of lighter or darker massive wood and upholstery design, superbly crafted by the finest craftsmen in the business, the interior can be fully customized.

When a new Norwegian dealer took a close look of the Elan Power E48 in summer 2010 and commented, “if you could make a 48 with a closed cockpit, they would soon be a great success in Norway”, we decided to take the advice…

Elan Power E48

Currently still a flagship in Elan Motor Yachts range, Elan Power E48 has recently got its closed-cockpit version. It is almost full-beam glass door that turned this tipical luxury daycruiser into a family yacht now able to host up to 6 persons for a comfortable fortnight’s stay on board. Closed cockpit benefits from the space now turned into a generous galley, while the saloon and cabins are spread below deck.
Optimum power-to-weight ratio is achieved by the extensive use of carbon fibre. The constant research into and testing of new materials has become standard procedure at Elan Motor Yachts. That’s why even with as many glass surfaces and high quality massive wooden interior the Elan Power E48 is available in three different drive options: a pair of Volvo Penta D9 575 hp shaftdrive, a pair of Volvo Penta IPS 600 pod drives and a pair of 8,3 liter Cummins diesel 600 hp engines with Zeus pod drive.

Elan Power E30
Elan Power E30 is a true hard top family sports daycruiser. Following the style of its predecessors, once again did Tony Castro manage to design a boat of recognizable breath-taking sports lines. With just under 10 meters in length and a generous beam, E30 offers a large cockpit and a bit shorter swimming platform than usual with boats of the same size. Extended swimming platform is available as an option, though. Hard top sliding roof available in canvas or GRP version, together with different hull color options, contributes to the variety of elements which will make each E30 a true one-of-a-kind. Below deck, Elan Power E30 features a functional yet modern interior design: two very spacious cabins, both with double berths, and a comfortable saloon with a fully equipped galley and a separate head.
Available as it will be at a reasonable price, Elan Power 30 will undoubtedly be a bestseller.

Innovations on the Elan Power 48

Currently still a flagship of the Elan Power line, Elan Power 48 is, due to technological innovations introduced by the Elan Motor Yachts in-house team, now available with three different engine options:
- a pair of Volvo Penta D9 575 diesel engines with a classic axial drive,
- a pair of Volvo Penta IPS 600 engines (2 x 435 HP) with the respective joystick,
- a pair of 8,3 liter Cummins diesel engines (2 x 600 HP) and Zeus drive.

Both IPS and Zeus propulsion offer easy joystick maneuvering and better fuel efficiency requiring less power for the same speed.

Another great innovation, born from the need for functional use of space, is a re-design of Elan Power 48 cockpit area. This model is now available in two different versions: with open or closed cockpit. A fully opening saloon-cockpit door blurs the lines between interior and exterior spaces: the glass door divides now what used to be a single cockpit surface into two social areas - cockpit with a large table and U-shaped settee & a saloon with the fully equipped galley, helmsman position, sunbed and another set of a large table and U-shaped sofa for six.

Elan Power 30

BNC d.o.o. and yacht designer Tony Castro are working on a new project - Elan Power 30. The most prominent features of this yacht will be: hard top, spaceful cockpit, practically organized interior with two separated cabins and Volvo Penta engines (D3 or gasoline options).

Elan Motor Yachts, Boat Building Company Ltd.

At the end of last year all the shares of Elan PBO yard in Obrovac, Croatia, were tendered by the only shareholder, Elan Marine d.o.o. In February 2010, BNC d.o.o., a former Elan Power dealer for Slovenia, commenced a tender offer for all the shares with an ambitious business plan of preserving production and jobs as well as expanding the range of existing boat models with a few new ones. The offer was accepted and on April 9th, 2010 BNC d.o.o. became the only shareholder of the Elan yard in Obrovac, now internationally named Elan Motor Yachts, Boat Building Company Ltd. and the official licensee of Elan Motor Yachts trademark.

Since their foundation in summer 2004, BNC d.o.o. have been involved in a variety of nautical activities, including sales, service and motor yacht charter business. In 2005 they have been assigned the official elan Power dealership fort he territory of Slovenia. The company is owned by Mr. Matjaz Avsic, who has for the past 10 years been involved in motor yacht sales, service and charter business. BNC's charter facilities, operated through charter company Beta Yachting d.o.o., registered in Croatia, are located in Croatia's largest marina Dalmacija in Sukosan (7 km from Zadar and 45 km from Obrovac shipyard). Besides being a common charter base, the facilities represent a full-service demo center, offering possibilities of sea trials, events organization, sales and after-sales support both to dealers and boat owners.

BNC d.o.o. intend to further develop the elan motor yachts trademark. Marketing and sales activities, as well as development of motor yachts will be operated from their headquarters, located in Ljubljana, while the building process of elan Power E35, elan Power E42 and elan Power E48 models as well as investments into new models elan Power E30 and elan Power E52 will be operated from the Elan Motor Yachts Ltd shipyard, located in Obrovac. Flybridge models elan Power E48 Sport FLY and elan Power E52 Flybridge intended to be developed next year.

BNC’s current business plan includes development of the range as follows:

Elan Power 35 hull #100 build

Elan Marine d.o.o., the slovenian boatbuilder since 1949 is pleased to announce the delivery of 100th Elan Power 35 to an Ukrainian customer.

Since its launch in 2004 at Dusseldorf Boat Show Elan Power 35 sports cruiser won numerous awards, among others - Boat of the Year by British magazine Motor Boats Monthly.
